If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details, so please check your email address. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and return any money paid to us in full.
The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds (£) but you may use our "currency converter" to estimate the price of goods in other currencies. The "currency converter" is only a guide and does not accurately reflect current exchange rates. A good web site for a updated currency converter is www.xe.com.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order.
We aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
You can pay for your goods by Cash, Postal Order, Master Card, Visa, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron, Maestro, Cheque, or Bank Transfer.
We accept no responsibility for any payment which has been lost in the post. If we do not receive payment, we are unable to attend your event.
We recommend the you use recorded delivery to safe guard yourself if paying by cash.
We operate a Pre Authorisation system for all card payments. Although you may have already entered your credit card details, we have 5 days in which to take payment. We normally take payment on the day of the event though depending on your order we may need to take the full payment before we have the goods ready for the event. If this is the case you will be notified before we processed.
We will deliver the shisha pipes on the night of the event with the assistant.
You may cancel the hire within 14 days of your order date, so if you ordered on the 1st January you can cancel your order on the 14th January without paying the 25% cancellation fee. Just email us using the contact form below, the cancellation MUST BE IN WRITTING, email is fine and you will get a reply back same day, if not then we do not have your cancellation, so please phone us ASAP.
Please note that all orders, once placed, are considered firm and any subesequent cancellations which are allowed will be subject to a 25% handling fee if cancelled 14 days after the order/booking date on your invoice. This is in respect of loss of profits, we could have taken another booking but reserved this date for you. This does not affect your statutory rights in a consumer transaction. All our products are guaranteed against defects and errors including accidental damage at the event..
We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes only.
